In addition to bringing back cruise histories for Castaway Club members, Disney Cruise Line has also enabled the ability for guests to view and download their cruise folios (statement of onboard account charges) for up to 90-days after a sailing. This is a huge improvement over the current process which requires guests to either download their folios in the DCL app or obtain a printed copy from Guest Services prior to disembarkation.
Unfortunately, clicking on the folio links right now yields an “access denied” error. Hopefully Disney Cruise Line will fix this issue going forward.
